We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use InkSync Pro on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content

InkSync Pro processes files locally on your device. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and convert the comic files (CBZ, etc.) that you process through the app. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of the app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
